2.1 All content on this Site, including copyright and intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Dannells Ltd. You may view or print individual pages for personal use only. Any other use requires prior written permission.
2.2 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site at any time.
3. Purchasing from Us
3.1 Products and information on the Site may change without notice. We reserve the right to improve, alter, or modify product designs. Where applicable, you will be notified before dispatch. If you are dissatisfied with modified goods, you may notify us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact and proof of purchase included. A £15.00 administration fee per item applies to refunds unless the item is faulty or significantly different from the description. 3.2 If an item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.
3.3 By placing an order, you consent to the use of your personal data for order fulfilment, including sharing details with couriers and subcontractors where necessary.
3.4 A contract is formed only once payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3.5 All images, specifications, and descriptions are for guidance only. Colours may vary and do not form part of these Terms.
4. Pricing
4.1 All prices are shown in British Pounds (£). Delivery, carriage, and insurance costs are calculated based on location and added at checkout.
4.2 International payments may incur bank charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3 As we primarily supply trade and manufacturing customers, prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. A full cost breakdown, including VAT where applicable, will be shown before checkout and on your order confirmation.
5. Delivery
5.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days and deliver within one working day of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days of receiving your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods
6.1 Please inspect goods on delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported as soon as possible and before use. Return instructions are detailed in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
7.2 While we take reasonable care to ensure Site accuracy and security, we cannot guarantee the Site is error-free or fully secure. We are not liable for reliance on inaccurate or outdated information or for unforeseeable losses.
7.3 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including industrial disputes, natural disasters, or changes in legislation.
7.4 Subject to clause 7.1:
- Liability for property damage caused by our negligence is limited to £5,000 per event.
- Total liability for claims relating to goods supplied is limited to the price paid for those goods.
7.5 Except where required by law, all warranties and conditions are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
