Stick-It® is a self-adhesive PVC backing material developed specifically for making rigid lampshades.
The permanent acrylic adhesive is evenly coated for smooth, dependable bonding, while the 300 micron PVC gives the finished lampshade excellent structure and stability.
This clear satin lampshade film is widely used for handmade lampshades, commercial lampshade manufacturing, replacing damaged panels, and recovering existing shades.

Finish – Clear Frosted Satin Interior

This PVC film features a frosted finish, similar to bathroom window glass. It allows light to pass through while gently diffusing it, helping to reduce glare and create a soft, even glow.
Please note that the outer fabric may show through to the inner lining.
For best results, we recommend using at least one blackout material—unless a semi-transparent, layered effect is desired.
Lighting performance will vary depending on the materials used and the type of bulb fitted.
Daylight, Cool White, and Warm White bulbs will each produce different colour tones and overall effects.

How to Use

1. Cut the panel to size using the grid printed on the backing paper.

2. Remove the release liner from one side.

3. Apply the lining material to the inside surface. (inside first)

4. Trim

5. Remove the release liner from the other side

6. Apply your outer covering (fabric, wallpaper, or decorative material)

7. Add strips to the panel for the Rolled Fabric Edgeing 

8. Trim and assemble the lampshade panel around your frame.
