Essential For Production Of Rolled Edge Lampshades
This sturdy tool is a modified version of the Olfa CL Ratchet Knife and has been designed by the engineers at Dannells to assist the process of working with removable laminated material when creating rolled edge lampshades.
Manufactured in Japan from carbon steel, the 18mm 8-segment snap-off blade is securely held in place by a ratchet locking system and can be quickly and easily replaced.

Using the Creasing Knife for Lampshade Production
The creasing tool is used for putting a score (kiss-cut) at a set distance from the edge of a lampshade panel. After the crease has been made, you can snap back the score-line to break the PVC and remove the PVC strip leaving a fabric edge to roll behind the lampshade frame.
