LESS RIGID Self-Adhesive Lampshade PVC Film White –  146cm - Stick-It®

Is a specially developed PVC backing designed for small, intricate, and detailed lampshade production where a softer, easier-to-handle material is required.

Produced to a 150-micron specification, this material is intentionally less rigid than the standard 300-micron lampshade material, making it easier to manipulate and shape during the lampshade-making process.
The reduced rigidity makes it particularly suitable for very small lampshades and intricate designs, especially where tight curves or delicate finishing are required.

This construction also allows the material to be lightly creased and folded, making it ideal for hand-pleated lampshades and candle clip shades, where greater control and flexibility are important during fabrication.

The high-tack adhesive layer ensures secure bonding across a wide range of substrates while maintaining a clean production process with minimal mess, waste, or rework.

What is Stick-It® Lampshade PVC Film

Stick-It® is a self-adhesive PVC backing material developed specifically for making rigid lampshades.
The permanent acrylic adhesive is evenly coated for smooth, dependable bonding, while the 150 micron PVC gives the finished lampshade excellent structure and stability.
This white satin lampshade film is widely used for handmade lampshades, commercial lampshade manufacturing, replacing damaged panels, and recovering existing shades.
