What is the Lampshade Sealing Jig?

The Lampshade Sealing Jig is a simple but highly effective clamp system developed specifically for rigid lampshade production.

How to Use

1. Secure the jig to your work surface using a clamp or screws
2. Open the top jaw
3. Apply adhesive or tape to the lampshade seam
4. Place the seam centrally on the bottom jaw
5. Close the top jaw and secure the swing clamp
6. Allow sufficient time for the adhesive or tape to bond
7. Release the clamp and remove the lampshade

Ideal for Workshop Production

For small-batch and repeat production, multiple jigs can be used in rotation.
