Lamination
Dannells has earned a reputation as Europe's leading expert in laminating fabrics and vinyl. Our expertise lies in laminating textiles, papers, and decorative films onto various substrates, employing specialized adhesives for superior results.
We proudly offer a comprehensive trade lamination service, where you can send us your fabric, and we will skilfully laminate it, returning it to you with the backing of your choice.
Our company employs three advanced lamination systems to cater to different needs:
1. Wet adhesive system: Using a precise application of liquid adhesive, we create strong bonds between two substrates. This method is ideal for a wide range of materials.
2. Dry adhesive system: For tricky textiles such as Silk and vinyl lamination, we employ an innovative acrylic adhesive system. This dry adhesive option offers an excellent alternative to the wet system, ensuring exceptional results.
3. Hot Melt system: For fabric-to-fabric bonding and the adhesion of impermeable materials. This system allows us to run small quantities and more specialist materials.
