When do we dispatch orders?
Our factory dispatches orders Monday to Friday.

How long does it take to dispatch orders?
This very much depends on the items that you order; some goods are dispatched the same day; others may need to be cut or reeled down for you. 


Standard delivery for UK mainland

Within 3 - 5 working days after the order has been placed, if the item is in stock and is not made to order For personalised items, please allow an additional five days on top of the delivery times above.
If you need your order faster, we'll do our best to help. Please get in touch with us before completing your order for an estimated delivery time.

 
UK delivery charges

No matter how it's dressed up, the customer pays the costs of delivering the goods from our factory to your door. Some firms choose to add an additional charge to each product to subsidise the delivery charge; we don't. We keep our prices as low and transparent as possible and only try to recover the costs incurred.
We do offer to absorb the delivery charges (FREE DELIVERY) for all orders over £75.00 before VAT to the mainland UK. 

Supplementary delivery charges
If you live in a highland, island or rural postcode, the delivery may take longer, and there may be an additional shipping charge.
The additional charges will depend on the size and the weight of the consignment and its value.
Our customer services will contact you if we need to apply a charge. 

Which courier service do we use?
We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL details below.

How much does it cost to send a parcel?
The cost of sending parcels depends on the size and weight of the consignment.
We have listed our courier rates below, but we don't know the combination of tems you are ordering or how many parcels, so we cant advise you of the service to select. 

Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked Service
The charge is £3.95 +vat per parcel.
Orders will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch from our factory.

Royal Mail 24 hours Tracked Service
The charge is £4.95 +vat per parcel.
Orders will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch from our factory.
If you select this service and your parcel goes missing, you must contact Royal Mail.

 DPD Delivery Services 
The charge is £6.95 +VAT per consignment.
Your order will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch from our factory, Monday to Friday.
You will receive a one-hour delivery window, plus a host of rescheduling options both the night before and on the day of delivery.

Delivery Information for European & International Customers
We would be pleased to offer you a quotation for delivery overseas.

 If you would like a quotation, please proceed as follows:-

This will complete your provisional order & we will arrange an estimate for the delivery charge.

When the quotation is ready, it will be sent to your email address.

 If you are happy with the quotation, we can proceed with the order; we will send you a payment request.
Please be aware that international online payments incur bank charges that the customer must meet.

 We do not charge customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside the UK. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us, nor are they the responsibility of Dannells Ltd.

Delivery Information for European Customers
The cost of sending parcels to the EU depends on the size and weight of the consignment. We will provide you with an estimate when you have placed your provisional order.
You may have to pay taxes, duties, and VAT when you buy from the UK. The courier may also charge you an administration fee
Whether or not you must pay additional fees depends on the value and origin of the products you purchase and the country you are buying from

We are sorry, but we have no control over these charges.


Delivery times may be delayed on occasions!
As you know, Omicron (Covid) is rapidly spreading around the country now all the rules have been removed.
We continue with social distancing and other measures and insist that our staff isolate themselves if feeling unwell.
Sometimes, orders will not go out as quickly as we would like. If your order is delayed, production control will be in touch to let you know.

 Returns - Unwanted goods
You have the right to cancel your order; you do not need to state a reason for cancellation. If the goods have already been delivered, they must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused, and in the condition they were delivered. You will be responsible for return delivery costs but will be refunded the total price of the products within 30 days of cancellation, according to the terms above. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery. Therefore, you are strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

Important note when returning
The following information should be included inside the packaging, your daytime telephone number, order number or postcode to reconcile the returned items. Alternatively, we aim to acknowledge all email complaints and advise how they will be handled within three working days.
