How long does it take to dispatch orders?
This very much depends on the items that you order, some goods are dispatched the same day, others may need to be cut or reeled down for you.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. If you need your order faster, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us before completing your order for an estimated delivery time.
UK Delivery charges
No matter how it's dressed up, the costs of delivering the goods from our factory to your door is paid by the customer. Some firms choose to add an additional charge to each product to subsidise the delivery charge, we don’t. We keep our prices as low as possible, and only try to recover the costs incurred.
We do offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £70.00 before VAT to mainland UK

DPD Delivery Services
The charge is £5.95 excl VAT per consignment.
Your order will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch from our factory.
You will receive a one-hour delivery window, plus a host of rescheduling options both the night before and on the day of delivery.
What's more, Follow My Parcel enables customers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, with a 15 minute time slot also provided. To take advantage of these great services, just make sure that you enter your mobile phone number and email addresses with us, so we can then send you notifications.

Royal Mail Untracked Service
The charge is £3.50 excl VAT per parcel.
Orders will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch from our factory. If you select this service and your parcel goes missing you will need to contact Royal Mail.

The charge is £5.95 excl VAT for a fully tracked service. Orders will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch from our factory.

Delivery information for International customers
We would be pleased to offer you a quotation for delivery overseas.
If you would like a quotation please proceed as follows:-
Make your product selections and add them to your shopping cart
When you are finished with your product selection open up the cart
Select your Country and the delivery method which will be “Estimate”
Now press the “CHECKOUT” button
Fill in your full address details for billing and shipping.
Select the payment method as "Quote for Overseas Shipping"
This will complete your provisional order & we will arrange an estimate for the delivery charge.
When the quotation is ready it will be sent to your email address.
If you are happy with the quotation we can proceed with the order, we will then send you a request for payment.
We do not charge customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Dannells Ltd
Returns - Unwanted Goods
You have the right to cancel your order; you do not need to state a reason for cancellation. If the goods have already been delivered they must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused and in the condition they were delivered in. You will be responsible for return delivery costs, but will be refunded the full cost of the products within 30 days of cancellation, according to the terms above. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
The following information should be included inside the packaging, your daytime telephone number, your order number or post code in order to reconcile the returned items. Alternatively, we aim to acknowledge all email complaints and advise how they will be handled within 3 working days.
