45cm Drum Lampshade Making Kit with US Spider Fitter (1/2" Washer)

Design a lampshade to match your upholstery, curtains, wallpaper or any room theme.

This kit contains all of the necessary components to make your own professional 45cm (17 3/4") diameter drum lampshade to fit standard US lamp fittings. All you need to provide is the covering material. Featuring 1/2" Spider fitters, the assembled lampshade is designed to be used with the harp or vertical rod systems of your existing lamp base.

What size will my covering material need to be?
Your covering material needs to be 59" (1490mm) wide x 11 1/2" (290mm) to cover the self-adhesive panel supplied with the kit. You can use fabric, paper, or even wall-paper.

1 x Self adhesive lampshade panel size 1437mm x 280mm (includes 15mm kiss cuts)
1 x 6-metre roll of double-sided, self-adhesive tape

Bulb Advice
We recommend the use of low energy bulbs with your lampshades. They use less energy and are cool to the touch, avoiding the problem of scorching shades and ceilings.

Testing
Our lampshade materials have been tested and have passed the glow wire test carried out by the UK Lighting Association. Contact us for test certificates.
