200mm Diameter Lampshade Panel Only – Stick-It® Self-Adhesive PVC

Create your own extra large lampshades with this professional-quality self-adhesive lampshade panel, manufactured specifically for lampshade making.

Suitable for use with a wide range of coverings including fabric, textile, wallpaper, handmade paper, printed materials and decorative coverings.

The self-adhesive surface eliminates the need for wet glue, providing a clean, professional and reliable method of laminating your chosen covering.

When laminated, the panel becomes part of a lampshade construction system that has passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association.

This panel is supplied ready-cut to fit a 200mm diameter lampshade ringset.
At 648mm long, it provides approximately 20mm of additional panel for forming the seam.

If you are creating a fabric-covered seam, where the fabric wraps around and overlaps to conceal the panel edge, this extra allowance can be adjusted or trimmed to suit your preferred seam construction and finish.

How To Use

1. Remove the release liner.
2. Position the panel adhesive-side down onto your chosen covering.
3. Turn the panel over and smooth the covering firmly onto the adhesive surface.
4. Trim the covering flush with the panel edges using a sharp craft knife.
5. Remove the kiss-cut waste strips.
6. Fold back the edge sections until the PVC snaps cleanly away.
7. Your panel is now ready for assembly using the professional rolled-edge lampshade making method.

For best results we recommend using a Lamination Squeegee during application.

Specifications

Release Liner

The panel is supplied with a high-quality glassine release liner featuring a printed grid pattern.

This allows accurate measuring, alignment and trimming while protecting the adhesive until required.

White Satin Interior Finish

The white satin interior provides excellent light reflection and diffusion, helping produce a bright, clean and professional finish.

The final appearance of the illuminated lampshade will vary depending on the fabric selected and the lamp type used.
