These kits are designed to help you save money by offering great value compared to single packs.

With all the components to make two lampshades in our twin pack, you can save money on packaging and enjoy creating beautiful lampshades at a lower cost.

Create custom lampshades to complement your upholstery, curtains, wallpaper, or any room theme.

Our kit allows you to make two professional 15cm Drum Lampshades using your choice of covering, suitable for use as a pendant (ceiling) or with a compatible table lamp.

They will connect with UK and European Lampholders or Pendant Fittings and can also be used with USA Harp & Finial fittings.
 

What type of lamp holders will fit this lampshade?
The frame is manufactured to fit European lamp holders, and a Converter/Reducer Adaptor plug is supplied fitted to reduce the aperture
so it can fit UK lamp holders.

Harp & Finial Fittings
If you wanted to use the frame with a Harp & Finial fittings, used mainly in the USA, then you can use converting washers with our adaptor (purchased separately) to reduce the aperture further. For more details about the Converter / Adaptor system, click here.

Bulb Advice
We recommend the use of low energy bulbs with your lampshades. They use less energy and are cool to the touch, avoiding the problem of scorching shades and ceilings.

Our lampshade materials have been tested and passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association.

Lining colours
The self-adhesive panel supplied with the kit is White, for an extra bit of Elegance upgrade the panel from our metallic embossed material collection, click here to view. We can supply Gold, Silver, Bronze or Champagne panels with your Kit.

Print Your Design - Photo, Artwork or Illustration
Using your photo, artwork or illustration, we print your design onto textile and provide that with your Lampshade Making Kit.
We offer a selection of textiles you can choose from, including Linen, Velvet or just plain Polytextile. 
We also supply you with a downloadable template so you can design your artwork.
